Career Counselling. It will be held in two parts.

Part 1: First steps to Job Search, writing CV and Cover letter

Part 2: Attending interviews and learn interview techniques

Lowie Recruitment will be present both days with possible temporary job offers.

Support for Job 

Citizens Advice Bureau Central Auckland is very pleased to announce an intensive support for newcomers looking for a job. This course will help the participants to understand the work culture of New Zealand. It will also help in discovering what employers want from the staff and how to build your own networking.

This course will include two group workshops followed by two individual coaching sessions and two follow-up Job Club sessions.

Time: 10 am to 2 pm

Dates: Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 March 2018

Venue: 1st floor, Auckland Central City Library, 44-46 Lorne St, Auckland

CAB Rotorua will hold a free information session for newcomers on Buying a Used Car. This session will include:

  • What you should know before you buy a used car

  • Checking for money owed by previous owners
  • Dispute and how to resolve them
